We are searching for a Project Manager to manage scientific consulting projects that include everything from technical benchmarking and landscape analysis, to verification projects where prototypes are created for our substantiated concepts. The PM, working in our Boston, MA office, will lead the company`s analysis and market research teams located in Russia and Israel, as well as communicate with subject matter experts worldwide. The PM will ensure all deliverables meet the client`s needs, as well as specific project goals and requirements; meet GEN3`s quality standards; are delivered on time and on budget; and are presented in a clear, concise, and effective manner to our Clients. Responsibilities: * Establish, organize, and manage all project-related activities, and coordinate all interaction within the project team (comprising the Client Partner, the Scientific Analysis Team, the Market Analysts, and the QA/Content Management group), both in the US and abroad. * Proactively analyze and resolve issues to ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines; track milestones and schedules across projects, making alterations when necessary to meet Clients` expectations. * Prepare and facilitate in-person info-gathering sessions, content delivery meetings, presentations, and work-sessions with Clients, for interim and final project deliverables. * Provide Clients with strategic, expert advice and consultation on implementation of project recommendations. * Collaboratively with the Client Partner, identify, establish, and maintain business relationships with Clients. Qualifications: * MS or higher in a scientific or technical field of study * Project management experience * Expertise in bringing complex, multi-faceted scientific research projects prepared by teams, to successful completion * Ability to effectively lead, delegate, collaborate, communicate, and use existing resources * Strong written and spoken Russian * Strong and broad scientific and technical base * Ability to develop and maintain expertise in R&D management issues and business development, in terms of the Client`s needs * MBA or professional business experience helpful * Strong inter-personal and leadership skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to effectively and efficiently multitask * Ability to work well independently, and as well as with a team |
